I wake up today with this feeling, my body needed good energy. I remember I had some frozen blackberries in my fridge so I went for an oats and berries smoothie.
- A handful of oats -soaking the whole night-
- A handful of blackberries -frozen or fresh-
- A banana
- A glas of cashew drink (any vegetable milk is suitable)
Mix all together in to the blender and enjoy!
