Easy, quick and super tasty almond milk or almond drink. Just soak the almonds during 8 hours. We usually leave them the whole night in water and then you can drink fresh milk in the morning.


  • A handful of almonds.
  • Filtered water.
  • Salt.
  • Dates, coconut sugar o cinnamon (optional)
  • Cocoa (optional)

Soak the almond the whole night. Blend them in the morning with a little more of water. Add some coconut sugar, dates or cinnamon if you feel like. Then pour the mix into a cloth and filter the liquid through it. You have to squeeze or “milk” the cloth until there is no more liquid leaking.

The leftovers or the almonds can be reused to make cream cheese, sponge cake, cookies or just to dress your salads with some lemon and olive oil.
